Job Responsibilities:
👨🍳 Assist the Head Chef in kitchen operations and food preparation
🔥 Ensure high-quality food production and presentation standards
📦 Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients
🍽️ Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations at all times
🔄 Support the smooth running of kitchen services, including shift supervision
👥 Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
✔️ Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
✔️ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔️ A passion for food and attention to detail
✔️ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
✔️ Must have own transport due to location
