The Job:
Working on a paint line within a large manufacturing facility, heavy lifting up to 25kg.

The Rota:
Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00 (2pm to 10pm) 40 hours per week OR
Monday to Thursday 16:30-03:30 (4:30pm to 3:30am) 40 hours per week

The Pay:
For the first 40 hours you will be paid £13.80 per hour on either shift = £552 per week
If you work 40 hours plus overtime during the week OR a Saturday shift, your overtime rate will be £20.70 per hour
If you work 40 hours plus overtime on a Sunday, your overtime rate will be £27.60 per hour

Some of our employees are paid c.£828 before tax per week (that’s £39’744 per annum based on 48 weeks worked and 50 hours per week)

You will be paid weekly by Wilson Recruitment Ltd, you will work one week in lieu. You will earn holiday as you go, therefore any time taken off will be paid as long as you’ve covered enough hours to accrue it.

This is not an easy job, hence the lucrative rates. We tend to employ candidates who have experience in labouring roles, i.e. Builders, Scaffolders, Labourers etc.
