Warehouse/Yard Operative

Wilson Recruitment are seeking a Warehouse/Yard Operative for a leading supplier in the mechanical services, heating, plumbing, and air movement industries, the business has built a strong reputation for its success.

Main Responsibilities:

Warehouse:

Handling customer orders via phone and fax.
Replenishing stock as needed.
Assembling orders accurately and efficiently.
Loading and unloading lorries.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Conducting daily PPI (Perpetual Inventory) counts.
Trade Counter:

Providing excellent customer service through face-to-face interactions at the trade counter.
Ensuring the trade counter is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Personal Attributes:

Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all departments.
Excellent personal organization and time management.
Outstanding communication abilities.
A customer-first mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction in all tasks.
