Recruitment Consultant

Due to rapid growth, Wilson Recruitment are looking for driven, sales-focused Recruitment Consultants across the Driving, Industrial and Catering sectors.

If you’re a recruiter who enjoys winning new business, growing accounts, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of your own desk and significantly increase your earnings.

What you’ll be doing:
• Business development, sales & lead generation
• Winning new clients and growing existing accounts
• Negotiating terms, rates & margins
• Building and managing a strong candidate pipeline
• Advertising, interviewing & placing candidates
• On-call rota (some weekends)
• Hours: 08:00–16:00, Monday–Friday

What we’re looking for:
• Recruitment experience (temps desk preferred)
• Sales-driven, target-focused mindset
• Strong relationship builder & negotiator
• Industrial experience beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving license & own vehicle required

What’s in it for you:
£30,000–£35,000 basic (DOE)
