We are recruiting for an Admin Support role in Rushden. The client deals with heating supplies and its distribution. The office supports their customers with online orders and delivery of the goods to different part of the country, mainly servicing Midlands and North.
As an Administrator you will be processing about 20 – 30 orders per day.
You will also be
– Organising the deliveries
– Planning the routes of the deliveries
– Booking agency drivers
– Issuing invoices and deal with any paperwork
– Answering customer queries
This role is dealing with customers over the phone or emails, it is not a face to face role.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm (1 hour break)
40hours per week
28 days holiday (3-4days to be taken between Christmas & New Year )
This is a entry level Administrator / Admin Support role. The client will provide all the training.
Interview will take place week beginning 28th April.
Rate of Pay
£20,000.00 – £21,000.00 per year
