Customer Service Executive

Wilson Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Customer Service for one of their prestigious clients based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire to work on a full time basis – Monday to Friday and one in four Saturdays (half day).
Basic salary £24’000 plus benefits plus a yearly performance bonus circa £4’000
The role:
• Your rota will be Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00 and 1:4 Saturdays working 08:00-12:00.
• You’ll be required to answer telephone and email enquiries providing nothing but excellence in customer service.
• You should provide customers with information on the dealerships services and parts.
• You must ensure client bookings are made correctly and all check ins, check outs and guest services fall in line with company requirements.
• You will be the face of the business when customers are on site, you will be delivering unrivalled customer service at all times.
• You shall be co-ordinating collection times and locations with customers.
The candidate:
• Will be flexible to potentially work alternative shift patterns when required i.e. 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00 and be free to cover your 1:4 Saturday shift 08:00-12:00.
• Must possess the bare minimum IT skills especially with MS Office.
• Should have experience within a similar capacity.
• Shall have knowledge and experience of HGVs and Vans – desirable.
• May have basic understanding of HGV compliance – desirable.
• Should have some experience with service and parts – desirable.
• Must be confident yet calm when dealing with customer enquiries.
• Will be well presented with excellent customer service skills.
• Might have worked as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative or Secretary within an automotive company.
