Dental Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Qualified Dental Nurse to join our client in their Birmingham practice.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental assisting, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and supporting clinical operations. As a Qualified Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the dental practice, maintaining high standards of infection control, and delivering comprehensive support during various dental procedures.

Applicants must be fully qualified and GDC registered.

Responsibilities
• Assist dentists during a wide range of dental treatments, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring cross infection protocols are strictly followed.
• Manage patient records accurately using electronic systems
• Provide chairside assistance and patient comfort.
• Support infection control protocols and maintain cleanliness standards within the clinic environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless clinic operations and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications Required

• Valid certification as a Dental Nurse with current registration and indemnity
• Proven experience working in a dental practice
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Rate of Pay

£29,000.00 – £34,000.00 per year
