HGV VMU Technician

Wilson Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking a HGV Technician to work a full time permanent contract for a prestigious family run business based in Tamworth.

Role
• HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic / Master Tech
• Based in Tamworth
• Monday – Friday 40 hours, alternate Shifts
• 07.00am – 15.30pm and 10.00am – 18.30pm (inclusive of 30 minutes unpaid break)
• £18.50 to £21 per hour DOE

Candidate
• Must be a qualified or time served Truck / Lorry / HGV Mechanic
• Should hold NVQ L3 or City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle Service, Maintenance and Repair (desirable)
• May hold HGV Class 1 licence (desirable)
• Will be flexible, adaptable, hardworking and trustworthy
• Shall be a team player
• Could possess good IT skills and have previous working knowledge of Kerridge (desirable)
• Might have experience working on trucks and trailers (desirable)
