Recruitment Consultant – Driving

Due to our rapidly expanding driving division, Wilson Recruitment require another member to join our team

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our team and grow our business. You will be good at building both client and candidate relationships along with being sales and target driven. We pride ourselves on the service we give to our customers and candidates and want someone with the same values.

The role:
– Sales and lead generation
– Candidate attraction, booking management
– Advertising, interviewing and screening candidates
– On call rota including some weekends
– Working hours 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday

– Competitive salary based on experience between 28-32k
– Extremely strong commission package with low threshold – OTE £40k+
