Warehouse Operative – Night Shift

Location: Wellingborough
Hours: Night Shift (full-time)
Pay: £15.69 per hour (including holiday pay)
Start: Immediate starts available

We’re currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our Client in Wellingborough on the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing goods accurately

Loading and unloading deliveries

Moving stock within the warehouse

Using handheld scanners and following order sheets

Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Assisting with stock checks and inventory control

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience essential

Good level of physical fitness (this is an active role)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and reliability are key

Desirable:

Counterbalance forklift license – advantageous, but not essential
