Warehouse Team Leader

Wilson Recruitment are currently seeking Warehouse Team Leader for a client of ours in Northamptonshire for immediate starts. Due to the location, you must have you own transport. They are located in Dirft. Our client is a fulfilment distribution center, which provide exceptional end-to-end service to meet the customer’s needs and work with several diverse clients. The role: – As a Warehouse Team Leader you will lead & manager a team of staff in a busy warehouse environment. Requirement: – Must have Warehouse Team Leader experience, CB FLT Certificate, Knowledge of SAP Be an effective role model demonstrating high levels of performance & professionalism Motivate a team to reach & exceed targets Support individuals and teams to develop & grow Manage workload with minimum supervision Have good verbal and written communication skills Have good time management skills Have an awareness of Health & Safety issues Hours: Monday – Friday – 14:00pm-22:00pm Salary: – 13.20 per hour.
